Q: What is your export percentage and major market?

We have been selling cargo secure products for more than 30 years and our export percentage is around 90%. Products had sold to chain stores and hypermarkets around the world. Top selling market are United States (80%), and Western Europe (18%).

Q: What is your terms of payment?

30% down payment shall be paid by T/T upon order placement.

70% balance shall be paid by T/T before shipment.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum orders is 1000 pcs and sales per order should be no less than $10,000 USD dollars. If total sales of the order is less than $10,000 USD dollars, we will charge for $300 dollars for handling fee. For new customer, minimum order quantity is negotiable.

Q: Where is the shipping port?

FOB Ningbo. (Factory located at Hangzhou) or FOB Taiwan

Q: What is your sample policy?

For standard products, we provide free samples, but customers have to pay for shipping fee. Once the sample is finished, we will deliver it to the customer by DHL or UPS.

Q: What’s your lead time?

45~60days after samples confirmed by customer.

Q: Can you do neutral packing?

--- It's not a problem. Generally we do OEM/ ODM for customers. If you don’t want any artwork design on the package, we can remove the logo from the package and warning label.
